Certainly not my own personal memoirs. They wouldn't be nearly colorful enough. I'm afraid I was never brave or cool enough (as I saw it then, anyway) to actually do a whole tour. Never bummed a ride or sold bagels or anything. Ah well. I did see a few really good shows in summer '82, though, and I've enjoyed the rest of the tour on the archives. Better late than never :-)

But I might win a prize for Most Colorful Location for Forum Post. Heading back to the States for Xmas and killing time right now between flights at a Starbucks in Bahrain. The announcements sound like "challah allah kallah." Lots of Arab headresses and Christmas trees (really). It's also about 3 a.m. my time ... hmmm, maybe one of those summer '82 shows would be a good energizer about now, so I don't fall asleep and miss Flight Number Two of Four ...
